WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND AN AIKIDO CLASS OR CLUB
Aikido classes improve fitness. They help to develop a fitter, suppler and stronger body, with improved flexibility, reflexes and reactions.
Aikido's training includes controlled relaxation,flexibility and endurance. There is less emphasis on strength training.
Aikido lessons emphasises the use of coordinated whole-body movement and balance, similar to yoga or pilates.
